How to use it
Mix 1 scoop with 4–6 oz of cold water 15 minutes before training. First time? Start with a half scoop to assess tolerance.
Allow 6+ hours before bedtime. Do not combine with other caffeinated products (coffee, energy drinks, fat burners, other pre-workouts) — each serving already contains 250mg caffeine. Monitor your total daily caffeine intake from all sources.

Frequently asked questions
How much caffeine is in PERFORM?
Each serving contains 250mg of caffeine — roughly equivalent to 2.5 cups of coffee. If you're sensitive to stimulants or prefer a caffeine-free option, check out PERFORM Non-Stim — same formula, no caffeine.
Will Beta Alanine make me tingle?
Possibly. The tingling (paresthesia) is a well-documented, harmless response that begins within 15–20 minutes and fades within an hour. It's not allergic and decreases with consistent daily use.
Can I combine PERFORM with coffee or other pre-workouts?
No. PERFORM already contains 250mg caffeine. Stacking with other caffeinated products may cause excessive caffeine intake, elevated heart rate, or anxiety. Monitor total daily caffeine from all sources.
How long until I notice results?
Energy and pump effects are noticeable from the first session. Endurance benefits from Beta Alanine are cumulative — consistent use over 2–4 weeks typically produces the most meaningful improvements.

1. Dietary Supplement Products (Physical Products)
Our returns policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on dietary supplement products.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.
Exchange Requirements
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be defective.
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
All returns will be inspected to ensure the above criteria have been met. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the product does not meet these requirements.
Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required to complete your return or exchange. We will not process a return or exchange without proof of purchase.
Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Due to the digital nature of downloadable training programs, e-books, and PDF products:
All digital program purchases are final sale. No returns or refunds will be issued.

3. MaxWell Nutrition App Subscriptions
App subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your selected plan).
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- If you cancel, you will not be refunded for the current billing period.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged again after your cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date.
We do not provide prorated refunds or partial refunds for unused subscription time.
