Multi-Sourced Vegan Plant Protein is the plant-based parallel to NOURISH — built for the same three jobs: cover a meal when you don't have one, drop into a shake post-workout, or live in your pantry as a high-protein ingredient for smoothies, oats, baking, and protein ice cream.
The blend pairs Organic Pea Protein and Organic Brown Rice Protein for a complete amino acid profile — what either one lacks alone, the other covers. Macros track close to NOURISH (20–22g protein, 4g fiber, 125–140 calories per scoop, no added sugar). The difference is what's not in the tub — no dairy, no egg, no animal ingredients of any kind. If you eat plant-based or want to rotate your protein sources, this is the version of NOURISH that fits.
Available in Chocolate and Vanilla.
- ✓20–22g complete plant protein per scoop from Organic Pea + Organic Brown Rice — supports normal muscle recovery and sustained satiety
- ✓4g of dietary fiber per serving — supports normal digestion and fullness
- ✓No added sugar — sweetened with organic stevia and erythritol. No dairy, no soy, no egg, no animal ingredients
- ✓Multi-use — drink it post-workout, blend it as a meal, or bake with it as a kitchen ingredient

Is this right for you?
- ✓You want the plant-based version of a meal-style protein (like our NOURISH) — drink it, blend it, bake with it
- ✓You're trying to hit a daily protein target without dairy, soy, or egg
- ✓You want a complete amino acid profile from plants — pea + brown rice covers what either one lacks alone
- ✓You avoid added sugar and artificial sweeteners — this uses organic stevia and erythritol only
- ✗You're sensitive to sugar alcohols — erythritol can cause GI discomfort at larger doses
- ✗You eat dairy and want the leanest, fastest-digesting post-workout protein — try 100% Whey Isolate
- ✗You eat dairy and want the same meal-style blend with the slowest digestion — try NOURISH (7 sources including casein, slightly more fiber)
- ✗You're pregnant or nursing — consult your physician first
How to use it
As a meal or post-workout shake: mix 1 scoop with 8–10 oz of cold water, plant milk, or dairy milk in a shaker bottle. Shake 20–30 seconds — plant protein needs a slightly longer shake than whey. For a creamier, more meal-like texture, blend with ice and a frozen banana.
As a kitchen ingredient: built to blend, bake, and freeze. Substitute 1 scoop for roughly ¼ cup of flour in pancakes, waffles, or muffins. Stir into oats, yogurt, smoothies, or no-bake protein bites. Blend with frozen banana and ice for protein ice cream. Plant proteins absorb more liquid than flour — add a splash more if your batter looks dry.

Frequently asked questions
Why combine pea and brown rice instead of just using one?
Both proteins are incomplete on their own. Pea is high in lysine and BCAAs but low in methionine. Brown rice is the opposite — strong in methionine, lighter in lysine. Combined, they deliver a complete amino acid profile comparable to dairy-based protein on the metrics that matter for muscle repair and recovery. A single-source plant protein leaves more on the table than people realize.
How does this compare to whey for muscle building?
Pea and brown rice protein digest at a medium rate — slower than 100% Whey Isolate (the fastest), faster than micellar casein (the slowest). For total daily protein intake and long-term muscle building, properly blended plant proteins perform comparably to whey when total protein is matched. Whey isolate has a slight edge in the immediate post-workout window because it digests faster, but the real-world difference is small — hitting your daily protein target consistently matters more than the source.
Is this product organic?
The main protein sources — Pea Protein and Brown Rice Protein — are both certified organic, along with the Erythritol, Stevia, and Acacia Gum. The finished product is not USDA Organic-certified as a whole, but the individual organic ingredients are labeled as such on the panel.
Why erythritol — will it cause GI issues?
Erythritol adds sweetness with essentially zero calories and no impact on blood sugar. Unlike most other sugar alcohols, it's absorbed in the small intestine before reaching the colon, which is why it's generally better tolerated. If you have a history of GI discomfort with sugar alcohols, start with a half-scoop to see how you do.
How is this different from NOURISH?
Macro-wise, they're close. Per serving: this is 125–140 cal, 20–22g protein, 4g fiber, no added sugar. NOURISH is 170 cal, 24g protein, 5g fiber, no added sugar. The gap is roughly 30 calories, 1g of fiber, and 2–4g of protein per serving — small.
The real difference is what's in the tub. NOURISH is a 7-source dairy + egg blend, anchored by micellar casein for the slowest amino acid release of any of our proteins — which is what makes it a stand-out meal replacement. This Vegan Plant Protein is fully plant-based: pea + brown rice, no dairy or egg. Digestion is faster than NOURISH (no casein anchor), but the fiber slows it modestly, and the use cases — meal shake, post-workout, baking, smoothies, ice cream — are the same.
Pick this one if you're plant-based, dairy-sensitive, or want to rotate your protein sources. Pick NOURISH if you eat dairy and want maximum staying power per shake.
Are there any allergens?
No FDA top-9 allergens are declared on the label. Both flavors are dairy-free, soy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free as printed. For severe allergies, the full label panels are visible in the product photo gallery on this page.
