1. Dietary Supplement Products (Physical Products)
Our returns policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on dietary supplement products.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.
Exchange Requirements
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be defective.
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
All returns will be inspected to ensure the above criteria have been met. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the product does not meet these requirements.
Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required to complete your return or exchange. We will not process a return or exchange without proof of purchase.
Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for items you wish to exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Products must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. If a returned product is found to be damaged or used, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange.
2. Digital Training Programs & PDFs
Due to the digital nature of downloadable training programs, e-books, and PDF products:
All digital program purchases are final sale. No returns or refunds will be issued.

3. MaxWell Nutrition App Subscriptions
App subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your selected plan).
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- If you cancel, you will not be refunded for the current billing period.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged again after your cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date.
We do not provide prorated refunds or partial refunds for unused subscription time.
