How long until I notice a difference?
The honest answer is 2–4 weeks for most people to notice digestive changes, and 4–8 weeks for more systemic effects. Gut microbiome composition shifts gradually with consistent supplementation — not overnight. Take it daily for a full month before you evaluate.
Do I need to refrigerate this?
MAKTREK® Bi-Pass Technology improves stability at room temperature. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not freeze. In high heat and humidity, keeping the bottle in the fridge is a reasonable precaution.
Can I take this with my other MaxWell supplements?
Yes. Pairs well with Magnesium Glycinate (take Magnesium at bedtime, Probiotic in the morning and evening), Omega-3 Complex, and Immune BOOST. No known interactions with other MaxWell supplements. If you take prescription medications — particularly antibiotics — space the probiotic at least 2 hours apart from the antibiotic dose.
Is a 2-capsule dose actually enough?
40 Billion CFU per day is on the higher end of what the research supports for general gut health and immune function. Probiotic dose-response isn't linear — more CFUs aren't always better, and strain viability matters more than raw count. The two-capsule split-dose approach is designed to maintain a consistent gut environment throughout the day.
Is this safe long-term?
Probiotics have a well-established long-term safety record in healthy adults. There is no evidence that daily probiotic use causes dependence or adverse effects in people with normal immune function. If you are immunocompromised or have a chronic GI condition, consult your physician before starting any probiotic supplement.
What does "3rd-party tested" actually mean?
We have our products tested by an independent, accredited third-party laboratory to verify purity and quality. Results are available upon request.

Our returns policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on dietary supplement products.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.
Exchange Requirements
To qualify for an exchange:

- The product must be in its original packaging.
All returns will be inspected to ensure the above criteria have been met. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the product does not meet these requirements.
Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
Proof of Purchase

3. MaxWell Nutrition App Subscriptions
App subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your selected plan).
You may cancel your subscription at any time.

- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged again after your cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date.
