How to use it
Take 2 capsules daily — 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. Splitting the dose gives the cultures staggered access to the gut environment.
Taking with a small amount of food is fine; avoid hot beverages. One bottle = 60 capsules = 30-day supply. Like all gut-related supplements, probiotics work on a timeline measured in weeks — consistent daily intake is what produces results.

What makes this different from other probiotics?
Two things: strain selection and delivery. Most shelf probiotics use strains chosen for low manufacturing cost, not their research record. This formula uses four strains with published human research behind them. The second difference is MAKTREK® Bi-Pass Technology — a marine polysaccharide matrix that protects live cultures from stomach acid so they can reach the gut.
How long until I notice a difference?
2–4 weeks for most people to notice digestive changes; 4–8 weeks for more systemic effects. Gut microbiome composition shifts gradually with consistent supplementation — not overnight. Take it daily for a full month before evaluating.
Do I need to refrigerate this?
No. MAKTREK® Bi-Pass Technology improves stability at room temperature. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Do not freeze. In high heat and humidity, keeping the bottle in the fridge is a reasonable precaution.
Can I take this with my other MaxWell supplements?
Yes. Pairs well with Magnesium Glycinate (take Magnesium at bedtime, Probiotic morning + evening), Omega-3 Complex, and Immune Boost. No known interactions with other MaxWell supplements. If you take prescription antibiotics, space the probiotic at least 2 hours apart from the antibiotic dose.

1. Dietary Supplement Products (Physical Products)
Our returns policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on dietary supplement products.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.
Exchange Requirements
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be defective.
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
All returns will be inspected to ensure the above criteria have been met. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the product does not meet these requirements.
Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required to complete your return or exchange. We will not process a return or exchange without proof of purchase.
Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. MaxWell Nutrition App Subscriptions
App subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your selected plan).
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- If you cancel, you will not be refunded for the current billing period.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged again after your cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date.
We do not provide prorated refunds or partial refunds for unused subscription time.
