Goal Setting 101 will help you define your objectives, and our Pre-8-Week Fitness Assessment Sheet will give you a starting point to track your progress. At the end of the program, the Post-8-Week Fitness Assessment Sheet will help you measure your remarkable improvements.
Develop the right mindset with our Mastering Your Mindset and Motivational Handbook sections. Learn to manage your energy balance with two options: using portion sizing or tracking your calories and macros. We provide detailed instructions on calculating your macro needs and using our MaxWell Nutrition Training App to track your calories. To support your nutrition, we include three meal plan examples for 1500, 2000, and 2500 calories, along with six healthy recipes.
Understand your training program thoroughly with our guide on warming up and stretching, followed by a weekly workout schedule. Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so our returns policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on dietary supplement products and due to their digital nature, training programs are final sale with no returns accepted.
If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a return or exchange.
Exchange requirements
The following criteria must be met to qualify for an exchange:
- The product is defective.
- Product must be in original packaging.
- Product must be unused.
All returns will be inspected to ensure the above criteria have been met. We reserve the right not to issue an exchange if the product does not meet the listed criteria. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
Proof of purchase
We require a receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase to complete your return or exchange. Please note that we will not do a return or exchange without proof of purchase.
Sale and clearance items
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be exchanged or returned.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the items that you wish to exchange. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used, then we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange.
