How to use it

Frequently asked questions
Should I take this every day, or only when I feel something coming on?
Daily. Vitamin D, zinc, and elderberry all work best at consistent baseline levels — they're not acute "kill the cold" interventions. Build the habit, take it every morning, and your baseline status stays where it should be.
Can my kids take this?
Immune BOOST is formulated for adults at 1 scoop per day. The 2,000 IU D3 and 11mg zinc doses are higher than children's RDAs. For kids, halve the dose or consult your pediatrician — and don't combine with another multivitamin.
Can I stack this with other MaxWell supplements?
Yes — Immune BOOST pairs well with Multi-Strain Probiotic (gut-immune axis), Omega-3 Complex (anti-inflammatory support), and Magnesium Glycinate (sleep and recovery). If you take a separate multivitamin, check your D3 and zinc totals to avoid stacking past tolerable upper limits.
When during the day should I take it?
Morning or with food. Vitamin D3 is fat-soluble — it absorbs better with a meal that contains some fat. Zinc on a fully empty stomach can cause mild nausea in some people. A morning routine with breakfast or a protein shake works well.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.

All returns will be inspected to ensure the above criteria have been met. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the product does not meet these requirements.
Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
Proof of Purchase

3. MaxWell Nutrition App Subscriptions
App subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your selected plan).
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- If you cancel, you will not be refunded for the current billing period.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged again after your cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date.
We do not provide prorated refunds or partial refunds for unused subscription time.
