How to use it

Frequently asked questions
What's different about this vs a "regular" women's multivitamin?
Two things. It's iron-free (most women's multis include iron by default, which is wrong for post-menopausal women or anyone iron-replete), and it includes a 192mg Female Support Blend targeted at women's daily wellness.
Can I take this if I'm pregnant or nursing?
This is not a prenatal. Folate is 400 mcg folic acid (667 mcg DFE) — below typical prenatal dosing of 600–800 mcg. It's also iron-free. If you're pregnant, nursing, or trying to conceive, use a dedicated prenatal vitamin and consult your OB.
Can I stack this with other MaxWell supplements?
Yes. Standard women's foundation: multi + Omega-3 + Magnesium Glycinate + Multi-Strain Probiotic. Add Collagen Peptides for skin, hair, nails, joints.
Why no iron?
Iron is goal-specific, not a default. Post-menopausal women and anyone with healthy ferritin generally don't need extra iron daily — over-supplementing can cause GI side effects. If your physician recommends iron, take it as a separate dedicated supplement.

1. Dietary Supplement Products (Physical Products)
Our returns policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase on dietary supplement products.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.
Exchange Requirements
To qualify for an exchange:
- The product must be defective.
- The product must be unused.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
All returns will be inspected to ensure the above criteria have been met. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the product does not meet these requirements.
Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt, purchase order, or other proof of purchase is required to complete your return or exchange. We will not process a return or exchange without proof of purchase.

3. MaxWell Nutrition App Subscriptions
App subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your selected plan).
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- If you cancel, you will not be refunded for the current billing period.
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will not be charged again after your cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date.
We do not provide prorated refunds or partial refunds for unused subscription time.
