- 14 oz. (400g) chicken breast, diced
- 1 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 cup (250ml) plant-based cream (or regular cream; not included in calories)
- 3 tsp. harissa paste
- 2 cups (450g) spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 cup (200g) cherry tomatoes
Instructions:
- Cook the penne according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Season and cook the chicken until browned and fully cooked.
