Also included is the 4-way lunge protocol, which is a resistant/assistant program built around increasing the muscular endurance of the lower body.

Followed by trunk rotation, a program built to increase the body's core stability and speed of rotation. And finally, we have scapular stabilization, which is the protocol to bullet proof the back and shoulders of the body.
